Event Services Manager

Kessler Hospitality was the founding member of the Marriott Autograph Collection, introduced with seven Autograph Collection branded hotels. Operating in a fast-paced luxury environment, the Events Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and operational departments, ensuring flawless execution and an exceptional guest experience. Function as the on-site contact to client and address challenges or concerns immediately Presence required at the start of all functions and to remain on property until meal service has begun Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to include restaurant, spa, gallery, and outlets for upselling Ability to work with vendors to ensure client satisfaction for all groups Generate thank you notes and service evaluations for all groups. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations Knowledge of CI/TY or Delphi, including merging menus, blocking function space and creating BEO’s. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
