The Kessler Collection is a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels, unique restaurants and experiences with a Bohemian twist. The overall objective and purpose of the Event Services Manager are to coordinate the activities of the conference personnel and room reservations team to make arrangements for group meetings, conferences, and social events. • Function as the on-site contact to client and address challenges or concerns immediately • Presence required at the start of all functions and to remain on the property until meal service has begun • Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to include restaurant, spa, gallery, and outlets for upselling • Ability to work with vendors to ensure client satisfaction for all groups • Generate thank you notes and service evaluations for all groups. Supervisory and leadership responsibilities include achieving results through providing direction and accountability of the following Grand Performers within the culture and policies established by the Kessler Collection.
