As an event manager, you will have the opportunity to Plans, directs, and coordinates catered events and service. They will be responsible for communicating all pertinent event information to the culinary and operations teams and for completing the day of supervisor packet for use on site. • Communicate with sales, culinary and booking staff, as needed, to ensure understanding of menus and client needs • Responsible for the collection and submission of all payments and deposits as it relates to contracted events.
