The ESM acts as a liaison between clients and hotel staff, overseeing the execution of events from contract turnover to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies and regulations. • Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of assigned meetings and events according to client requirements. • Attend group pick-up meetings and report guest room pick-ups to the Meeting and Event Sales Manager and client. • Maintain organized and up-to-date file management for client service and employer knowledge. • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
