Event Services Manager - Arena

The Event Services Manager (ESM) at the University of Tennessee is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of various events within the arena, including concerts, sports events, and private functions. The ESM serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is tasked with ensuring that events are conducted safely, efficiently, and within budget. • Collaborate with clients on planning and organizing all aspects of each event, establishing policies and procedures tailored to each event. • Direct event staff operations and oversee all aspects of facility operations related to assigned events, including staffing levels and orders.
