Event Services Manager - Hilton Atlanta

You are the liaison between the client and the hotel departments by communicating and orchestrating the needs of the client and seeing that all details are followed through with the highest level of service. Having the ability to deal with service recovery when an issue arises, as well as providing that extra client attention in making their experience the best it can be encompass major parts of this role.
