• Work with Meeting Sales and Event Sales Managers and assign appropriate space needed by groups for RFPs and contracts. • Plan and develop convention programs, resumes, agendas, and services utilizing the Sales and Catering system according to client requirements and established guidelines. • Attend group pick up meetings and report guest room pick-ups to Meeting and Event Sales Manager and client for all assigned groups. • Ensure client satisfaction through the smooth execution of all assigned conventions as measured by pre and post event survey data. • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
