The Event Services Manager shall be responsible for portions of the general administration of the Savannah Convention Center’s Event Services Department. The Event Services Manager will develop and oversee the execution of event operations plans and facilitate event planning meetings. • Responsible for monthly schedule updates & changes, including Customer Service and Manager-on-Duty. • Responsible for serving as Manager-on-Duty for required events. • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure with limited resources • High degree of integrity and compliance • Ability to build and maintain customer-focused relationships with internal and external customers.
