We’ve earned numerous accolades for our service, design, and guest experience and we’re seeking a dynamic Event Services Manager to elevate our already exceptional event offerings and contribute to our continued success. As the Event Services Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of group blocks, catering events, and on-property guest experiences. Catering & Event Planning • Plan and execute non-wedding catering events from initial planning through on-site execution • Create, manage, and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and event documentation with exceptional attention to detail • Guide clients on menus, beverage selections, wine pairings, décor, entertainment, AV needs, floor plans, and overall event logistics • Lead site visits and pre-event planning meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm • Partner with Culinary, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure events meet contracted minimums, deadlines, and brand expectations Guest Experience, Sales & Revenue Optimization • Identify opportunities to upsell catering events and ancillary experiences to maximize revenue, particularly for rooms-only groups • Drive revenue performance by ensuring contractual minimums are met or exceeded • Support the development and execution of on-property guest experiences, activations, and live entertainment aligned with brand standards and budgets • Curate bespoke, memorable event experiences that exceed guest expectations and strengthen client relationships • Represent the hotel with integrity, professionalism, and a service-first mindset at all times What We’re Looking For • Proven success in hotel or luxury hospitality event planning or operations • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple high-level events simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Strong sales acumen with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences • Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to “above and beyond” service • Proficiency in event management systems and Microsoft Office (OPERA, Tripleseat, or similar systems preferred) • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
