JOB DESCRIPTION: Organize, direct, and oversee tourism and hospitality events in conjunction with our sales managers; responsible for every part of event preparations and onsite event management, including set up, tear down, transportation of event supplies and staffing on-site information and services tables. When not engaged in event support this role will provide general sales team support in the office They are not intended to be a complete list of all duties, responsibilities, and/or skills required. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. • Work with the sales team to identify each event client’s requirements and expectations • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders before, during, and after the event to ensure everything is in order.
