Event Services Set Up | Full-time Year-round

Organization- Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino Our Banquets & Events team plays a key role in creating meaningful experiences for our guests. This fast-paced and physical role involves working independently and with the Banquet Captain to ensure all spaces are clean, organized, and properly set with tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment. Key Responsibilities Include: Set up and break down banquet and event spaces, including furniture, staging, linen, and AV equipmentEnsure rooms are clean, safe, and organized before and after eventsFollow all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and complete assignments in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of event storage areasRespond quickly to last-minute changes or requests during eventsReport any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediatelySupport the Banquet team and other departments as needed
