At SeaWorld, we’re passionate about caring for animals. The Event Services Specialist for Small Groups is responsible for planning and executing small-scale events within the theme park. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of small group events, from initial inquiry to event completion, ensuring smooth execution within the theme park environment. • Work closely with internal teams (operations, entertainment, food & beverage, attractions) and external vendors to ensure all event elements align with park policies and brand standards • Assist in budget preparation, track expenses, and ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
