Event Services Supervisor

Avant Garde Event Services is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced, service-driven Event Operations Lead to help us execute exceptional mobile bartending and event production experiences throughout the Denver Metro area and along the I-70 corridor. This is not just a bartending role.This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys running events, managing logistics, leading teams, and owning the entire process from warehouse prep to final breakdown. You will: • Pull and prepare event orders at the warehouse • Load equipment, product, and supplies • Drive the company van and/or up to a 26 ft truck to event locations • Lead on-site setup, service, and breakdown • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, planners, and venues You lead the team. Requirements • 2+ years of catering, bartending, or food & beverage experience • Proven bartending experience with strong product knowledge • Leadership presence and ability to make decisions under pressure • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Comfortable driving a work van and/or up to a 26 ft truck • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Computer literacy • Professional grooming and appearance standards
