About JLL - The Event Set Up Coordinator will deliver a wide range of services to support the client facility located in Nashville, TN. The Event Set Up Coordinator will handle day-to-day event and experience relate services to ensure our client employees, visitors and customers receive the highest level of service possible and will require working with other departments that function within the site. • Perform elementary audiovisual duties to support events • Ensure excellent customer service before and during events • Assist and support client and customer event and meeting set up needs • Other operational related duties as required • Perform miscellaneous duties to support the Employee Services Manager and the larger client Workplace Solutions Team as needed
