Event Set Up Crew (Part-Time)

Direct Supervisor: Sr. Status: Part-time / Hourly Work all stadium events including but not limited to Miami Dolphins football games, University of Miami football games, Miami Open tennis tournament, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, concerts, festivals and various special events Set-up seating arrangements and audio-visual equipment for meetings, dinners, parties, and banquets Set-up stadium spaces, signage, flags, banners, and other conversion responsibilities from one event or sport to another Installation and removal of field parts and seating Respond to requests from management, front office employees, vendors, guests, and team representatives to move furniture, boxes, and equipment. Receive deliveries and assist with stadium loading dock operations Satisfy requests from vendors, guests, team representatives to relocate materials and equipment on event day Set-Up and breakdown stadium entry spaces for events. High school diploma/GED required (some college education preferred) Current college students with flexible schedules to work all stadium events, as well as days leading up to the events and days after the event are encouraged to apply The ability to understand instructions from supervisor(s) and stadium management Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and extend arms or legs fully Ability to operate forklift and warehouse equipment (not required but preferred)
