Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Planning: Work with event planners to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications interviewguy.com.Setup & Breakdown: Install and dismantle furniture, stages, tables, chairs, decorations, lighting, and sound equipment interviewguy.comLogistics: Load/unload materials, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and manage inventory interviewguy.comSafety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, ensure a clean and safe environmentCustomer Service: Provide excellent service to clients and attendees, addressing inquiries promptlyTeamwork: Collaborate with other vendors (caterers, florists, AV technicians) to ensure seamless event execution

Skills & Qualifications

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPhysical stamina and ability to work efficiently under pressure Experience in event setup, rentals, or related industries is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
