Event Set Up Specialist

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

TEX is hiring for Event Setup Technicians in Knoxville and surrounding areas!

Job Scope to Include any or all of the following for Event & Venue Projects:

ABILITY TO LIFT UP TO 50 POUNDS

Setup and breakdown tables, chairs, staging, tents, and equipment

Load, unload, and transport event materials safely and efficiently

Assist with lighting, décor, and basic audiovisual setup as needed

Ensure all setups meet safety and quality standards

Maintain organization of equipment and work areas

Ability to troubleshoot setup issues in a timely and effective manner

Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and equipment

Ability to handle disruptions in stride with professionalism

Work collaboratively with team members and event coordinators

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects

Ability to ascend/descend ladders

Requirements

Previous event setup, general labor, or related experience preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and punctuality
