**Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (Part-Time)**
**Location:** Monroe, WI 
**About the Role**
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our **Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew**. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for various local events, shows, and promotions.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials
* Drive a **company-provided truck and trailer** to and from event locations
* Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally
* Maintain the condition and organization of equipment and materials
* Work closely with team members to meet setup and breakdown timelines

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**

* Ability and willingness to perform **heavy lifting and move large displays**
* Comfortable driving a **truck and trailer**
* Availability to work **weekends**
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

**What We’re Looking For**

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
* Experience with event setup, construction, or similar physical work is a plus
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
