Core Duties

Execute the arrangement and dismantling of event areas by following specific layouts and instructions.
Collaborate closely with clients and event organizers to help ensure all project needs are successfully achieved.
Oversee the inventory of gear and supplies to help maintain a well-stocked and functional environment for the team.
Support the logistics of moving equipment and materials to and from various event sites.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and order in the workspace throughout the duration of every event.

Required Qualifications

Completion of high school or a GED; relevant coursework in event planning is beneficial.
Prior background in hospitality, event logistics, or a similar industry is desired.

Physical capability to handle heavy items and remain on your feet for long shifts.
Strong verbal communication and social skills.
