We are seeking a part-time crew to assist us in setting up event halls to exceed client expectations with tables, chairs, stage, beverage areas, backdrops, presentation materials, and more, and taking down design after every event. • Layouts and maps for events will be provided. Communicate with the Sr Event Coordinator to ensure efficiency • Check the Planning Pod system for additional updates or changes before the event • Weekly meeting with the Executive Director • Report any breakdown or repairs needed of furniture, equipment, or lights • Rearrange or remove crates and other large furniture around/from the building • Tear down and clean up after the event. Either resetting for the next event or returning to storage • Ability to set up large and small events in a timely fashion • Must be able to work late nights after events for a switch out, early in the morning or between events if scheduled Pay: • Pay is based on the event that is worked.
