This position requires the successful applicant to complete the certification for operating a scissor lift upon hiring. Job Type: Part Time Communicate with the Sr Event Coordinator to ensure efficiency • Check the Planning Pod system for additional updates or changes before the event • Weekly meeting with the Executive Director • Report any breakdown or repairs needed of furniture, equipment, or lights • Rearrange or remove crates and other large furniture around/from the building • Tear down and clean up after the event. Either resetting for the next event or returning to storage • Ability to set up large and small events in a timely fashion • Must be able to work late nights after events for a switch out, early in the morning or between events if scheduled Pay: • Pay is based on the event that is worked.
