Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events, organize materials, and support successful event operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to organized and engaging customer-focused events.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities.
Help organize event materials for efficient setup and use.
Assist with transporting and positioning event supplies as needed.
Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
Assist team members with event preparation and daily activities.
Help ensure promotional materials and displays are properly arranged.
Support event staff during customer-facing activities when needed.
Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
Work efficiently to complete setup activities on schedule.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks.
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving event materials.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
