Position Summary
----------------

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, organize promotional materials, and support event teams before, during, and after activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Assist with setting up event spaces, tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
* Organize supplies and confirm that necessary materials are available before events begin.
* Help arrange displays and equipment according to event instructions and layout plans.
* Support event staff with preparation and logistical tasks.
* Keep event areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout activities.
* Replenish promotional materials and supplies as needed.
* Assist with welcoming attendees and directing them to the appropriate areas.
* Help dismantle displays, pack equipment, and organize materials after events.
* Report missing, damaged, or insufficient supplies to the event coordinator.
* Follow workplace safety guidelines and event procedures.

Qualifications

* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
* Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods when required.
* Ability to adapt to changing event needs and schedules.
* Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
* Previous event or setup experience is an advantage but not required.
