Event Setup Associate

Key Responsibilities

Set up and break down banquet rooms according to specific event orders and layouts.Efficiently arrange tables, chairs, linens, service-ware, and equipment to ensure a seamless experience.Maintain a clean and orderly environment in event spaces to guarantee guest readiness before functions.Safely move, lift, and store banquet furniture and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.Collaborate with banquet servers, culinary, and event teams to align on timing and room requirements.Quickly address last-minute changes and accommodate special setup requests.Inspect equipment for any damages and report maintenance or safety issues as they arise.Keep storage areas organized while tracking inventory of linens and banquet supplies.Follow brand standards and adhere to hospitality service expectations.Comply with health, safety, and fire code regulations during all setups.Desired Skills
