Event Setup Operations Manager

Job Summary )Set up and arrange event spaces according to floor plans and design layoutsInstall staging, pipe and drape, signage, lighting, and basic audiovisual equipmentEnsure proper placement and alignment of furniture and décorPerform on-site adjustments during events as neededDismantle and pack equipment efficiently after eventsMaintain inventory and ensure equipment is handled with careFollow safety procedures and company guidelinesCollaborate with event planners, vendors, and team members to meet deadlinesRequired Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift heavy objects (often 80+ lbs)Do physically demanding work outside in the heat, rain and cold.Strong time management and organizational skillsBasic understanding of tools and equipmentAbility to read and interpret floor plans and layout diagramsTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver’s license MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE!!!!
