Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining clean, organized workstations in banquet and ballrooms, as well as back halls and storage areas. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have previous experience in banquet or event setup, be at least 18 years old, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced atmosphere.
