Job Summary Every setup is different, and your work will directly help bring someone’s big day to life. Duties • Load and unload event gear into trucks and trailers • Drive trucks to and from job sites (if assigned as a driver) • Set up and take down items like tents, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment • Make sure everything is put together safely and correctly • Work with the team to stay on schedule and handle any on-site changes • Move equipment efficiently across different venues • Keep trucks, storage areas, and job sites clean and organized • Help with any extra setup or moving tasks that come up Requirements • Able to lift event set up supplies • Pays attention to details and follows safety guidelines • Good attitude and works well with others • Reliable transportation to the warehouse or job sites • Valid driver’s license (only required for driver roles) • Experience in events, moving, or general labor is helpful but not necessary • Available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and long days depending on event schedules • Can follow instructions and work efficiently under time pressure If you like staying active, enjoy teamwork, and want a job where your effort really shows, you’ll fit right in at Grand Horizon Events.
