Event Setup Specialist

Evaluating incoming documents and data, the full-time Event Setup Specialist will update patient files in AcciClaim, identify insurance leads, and determine appropriate next steps while working remotely in the USA. Key responsibilities Evaluate incoming data to identify leads and relevant information for event processing Enter new information into patient records and synthesize available data to determine next steps Maintain confidentiality of information and achieve production standards and QA requirements consistently Required qualifications Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with minimal errors Ability to process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently Working knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy Proficiency in computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
