Position Overview: Event Setup Staff members support the preparation and organization of event spaces prior to guest arrival. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and creating a polished event environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with setting up event spaces, including but not limited to tables, chairs, décor, signage, and equipment • Load, unload, and transport event supplies and materials • Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready before the event begins • Follow instructions from the Event Lead to meet setup timelines • Schedule & Availability • Seasonal position (event-based) with flexible scheduling • Staff may choose which event dates to work • Set-up shifts may include early mornings, afternoons, or late evenings, depending on the event Ideal Candidate • Must be 18 or older • Must be able to travel to events on your own • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Able to lift 50 lbs., move event materials, and work on your feet • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
