Event Setup Support

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a reliable, hands‑on professional to support our marketing events and retail locations. This role is essential to bringing our brand to life in the field by setting up event booths, maintaining retail displays, and managing materials across the market. If you enjoy physical, independent work and take pride in staying organized and making things run smoothly, this role could be a great fit. What You’ll Do • Set up and break down event booths and onsite activations • Build out and maintain inline retail locations • Stock supplies and manage inventory of marketing materials • Coordinate transportation and movement of materials across the market • Clean, maintain, and organize event and retail locations • Partner with leadership to plan a weekly schedule based on business needs • Communicate regularly with leadership, team members, and onsite event staff What We’re Looking For • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 60 lbs • Willingness to work long shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and reliability • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive several hours at a time • Ability to maintain adequate driver’s insurance • Highly organized and detail‑oriented • Previous experience in painting or construction preferred
