We’re looking for a Event Coordinator & Social Media Intern to join our team this summer/fall to support both event production and digital presence. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes and onsite, assisting in planning logistics, managing content creation and scheduling, and being a general hype person and right hand on event days. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Assisting with day-of coordination and event production • Helping source and manage creative vendor partnerships • Supporting our team with logistics, client communication, and timelines • Event preparation for the day of event • Capturing behind-the-scenes content at events for social media • Drafting and scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest • Engaging with our audience and maintaining a strong brand voice • Brainstorming and creating content ideas based on trends and campaigns Perks: • Flexible remote work (with occasional coworking with team members) • Hands-on experience at high-end events and styled shoots • A creative, fast-paced, and inclusive team that values your ideas • Real resume-building experience with opportunities for growth • This is a paid internship and a serious opportunity to gain immersive experience in both event production and creative marketing.
