In this role, you will collaborate with Disney Destinations, Sales, and Marketing teams at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa to fulfill reservations for events that showcase the Disney Brand, our unique and innovative experiences, products, and services. The Event Solutions Coordinator supports the Event Manager by performing a variety of tasks related to planning and logistics or servicing reservations for individual clients/guests. You will work with our team to achieve overall objectives as well as have individual projects. • Process and post guest and voucher payments, monitor balances and build guest invoices, create usage fee reports, track partner billing information, create final event revenue reports, and conduct monthly reconciliation across all accounts.
