Standard Hours - 29 hours per week. Schedule to be determined. Evening and weekend hours may be required... For any Brookwood Church position, the candidate must be, or be willing to become a member of Brookwood Church. • Logistics: • Management of event logistics, to include: • Food • Transportation • Set up/tear down • Purchasing • Vendor Selection and management of their services • Event location selection • Promotional plan and material distribution • Number of leaders needed • Volunteer Coordination at the event • Event Planning: • Meet with EAM and/or NextGen staff to plan event • Create Blueprint form for each event and attend Blueprint meetings • Process development for each event, as needed • Follow procedures for any additional items/issues having to do with the event • Maintain budget • Process invoices and expenses • Process funds requests • Stay within budget allotments • Registration: • Create and manage the registration process for each event • Track attendance at events • Registration Reporting • Recruiting: • Train leaders for their responsibilities at event • Prepare and maintain files on each event outlining a process for the event and any suggestions for improvement • Any additional duties as assigned
