Event Specialist

Every Watermill Express employee is expected to perform his or her job in a professional manner to provide the best possible service to our customers. You will be the face of the company, engaging with customers within our network of 19 markets in 8 states. for each promotionSet up and break down event sitesEngage with customers to clearly explain who we are and what we offerConduct product demonstrations and provide Q&A with customersComplete post-event reporting and provide feedback to the Design & Promotions ManagerAssist with community outreach programs as needed Significant travel throughout Texas and surrounding markets, including out of state travel, approximately 35-40 weekends per yearTypical schedule Thursday-Monday during event weeks, must be able to work all 4 days during event weekends. Public speaking or field marketing experience Experience hauling and loading trailers or similar equipment Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and generate creative ideas to engage customersAbility to communicate clearly and professionally via emailTeam player with a positive, customer-focused attitudeComfortable working outdoors in any condition and standing on your feet most of the dayValid driver’s license and clean driving recordBilingual preferred Ability to lift-up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks related to event setup
