About the Opportunity:

A nationally recognized organization is seeking professional, dependable Event Staff to support a large-scale international convention taking place in Las Vegas. This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have experience in customer service, hospitality, conventions, events, retail, or administrative support.

Team members will play an important role in creating an exceptional attendee experience by assisting with registration operations, distributing conference materials, assembling welcome kits, and providing general event support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-volume environment.

The event will take place July 18 – July 24, 2026, and candidates should have full availability throughout the event. Staff may be asked to support multiple event locations on the Las Vegas Strip.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and register conference attendees in a professional and friendly mannerVerify attendee registration information and distribute badges and event materialsAssemble attendee welcome kits, ensuring all materials are complete and accurateOrganize and replenish registration supplies and conference materialsAnswer attendee questions and provide directions throughout the eventAssist with registration troubleshooting and resolve basic attendee concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient registration and assembly areaWork collaboratively with event leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth event operationsFollow event procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all timesLift and move conference materials weighing up to 25 pounds as neededStand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event staffing, conventions, hospitality, retail, customer service, or administrative support preferredExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume settingAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 poundsMust be authorized to work in the United States
