Lead the planning and production process for catered events from post-contract handoff through event completionBuild strong client relationships while delivering a highly personalized and hospitable experienceTranslate client vision into thoughtful event details, layouts, timelines, and execution plansCoordinate vendors, tastings, BEOs, event logistics, and production details with accuracy and careOversee onsite event execution and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendorsCollaborate cross-functionally with culinary, service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless experiencesSupport revenue growth and client retention through exceptional hospitality and attention to detailUphold and represent the 24 Carrots Core Values: Trustworthiness, Collaboration, Service Excellence, Dedication 2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, event coordination, sales, or related fieldsExperience with CRM systems, event management platforms, and Microsoft/Google applicationsKnowledge of luxury hospitality and event production environments preferredCalifornia Food Handler Card required If you are energized by bringing dream events to life, creating meaningful client relationships, and delivering “Simply the Finest” experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
