This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, loves building relationships, has an eye for detail, and finds excitement in bringing high-end events to life from concept through execution.

Based in Southern California, the Event Specialist plays a key role in planning and producing luxury weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and experiential gatherings while partnering closely with clients, vendors, culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

What You’ll Do

Lead the planning and production process for catered events from post-contract handoff through event completionBuild strong client relationships while delivering a highly personalized and hospitable experienceTranslate client vision into thoughtful event details, layouts, timelines, and execution plansCoordinate vendors, tastings, BEOs, event logistics, and production details with accuracy and careOversee onsite event execution and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendorsCollaborate cross-functionally with culinary, service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless experiencesSupport revenue growth and client retention through exceptional hospitality and attention to detailUphold and represent the 24 Carrots Core Values: Trustworthiness, Collaboration, Service Excellence, Dedication

What We’re Looking For

A genuine heart for hospitality and passion for creating memorable guest experiencesSomeone who can balance creativity with operational excellence and company standardsStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple prioritiesExperience in catering, hospitality, event production, luxury service, or client managementComfortable working evenings, weekends, and event-based schedulesA proactive team player who enjoys collaboration and creating exceptional experiences together

Preferred Experience

2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, event coordination, sales, or related fieldsExperience with CRM systems, event management platforms, and Microsoft/Google applicationsKnowledge of luxury hospitality and event production environments preferredCalifornia Food Handler Card required

Compensation | Base + Commissions

$70,304 – $73,000
