Event Specialist

At Fleet Feet Treasure Valley, our events are where inspiration, movement, and community come together. Support event setup and takedown, including tents, tables, signage, hydration stations, and course equipment Assist with equipment loading and unloading before and after events Coordinate key logistics during events such as check-in, registration, course direction, and water stops Greet participants and create a friendly, upbeat environment that aligns with Fleet Feet's community values Provide information, assistance, and encouragement to participants throughout the event Help maintain clean, organized, and accessible event spaces before, during, and after each gathering Represent the Fleet Feet brand with professionalism and positivity Work closely with store staff, vendor partners, volunteers, and the Director of Marketing to ensure smooth execution Be adaptable and responsive to changes in logistics or participant needs Offer feedback after events to improve future programming and experiences If you apply and are hired at a Franchise location, you would be an employee of that Fleet Feet franchisee and not an employee of the Fleet Feet Corporation.
