The Event Specialist is a dynamic position responsible for coordinating all aspects of their assigned events including weddings, corporate and social. • Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of 8 hours or more when working events. Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, marketing, journalism, communication or a related field OR two (2) years of experience in both marketing and event coordination. Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend, and kneel for an extended amount of time. As such, responsibilities, duties, and required skills may be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the business needs of Red Carpet Events and Design.
