Role Description The Event Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Arvada, CO, responsible for executing retail events that promote client brands and drive customer engagement. This role includes planning event details, setting up and breaking down displays, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring all materials and products are prepared and presented according to brand standards. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage shoppers and provide a positive, informative experience.Effective communication skills, including clear verbal interactions and professional interpersonal abilities.Event planning capabilities to organize logistics, coordinate schedules, and manage on-site execution.Event marketing and sales skills to promote products, generate interest, and convert engagement into purchases.Ability to work on-site in Arvada, CO, including standing for extended periods and handling event materials.High level of reliability, time management, and attention to detail in following brand and safety guidelines.Prior experience in retail, field marketing, or promotional events is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in marketing or hospitality is a plus.
