Job Summary
At Art of Drawers East Tennessee, were looking for an outgoing, reliable Event Specialist to help us grow our brand presence and book new client appointments at home shows, festivals, and other local events. This is not a passive booth jobyoull be front and center, engaging with attendees, educating them on our services, capturing leads, and most importantly, booking qualified design appointments on the spot.

This part-time role is ideal for someone whos confident approaching strangers, enjoys meaningful conversation, and wants to be rewarded based on performance. Youll also assist with event setup and takedown and help us identify new opportunities by researching local events we should participate in.

What Youll Do
Attract and engage event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalismEducate prospects on Art of Drawers products and servicesCapture contact information and book in-home design appointmentsTrack and manage leads using simple tools providedSet up and tear down booth displays at eventsProactively research and recommend new events, shows, or community gatheringsCoordinate logistics and assist with event planningWhat Were Looking For
Outgoing personality with strong communication skillsComfortable initiating conversations and overcoming objectionsWeekend availability (most events occur Fridays through Sundays)Organized and self-motivated with attention to detailAbility to lift and transport event materials (up to ~40 lbs)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the regionPrior event, sales, or customer service experience is a plusAbout Art of Drawers East Tennessee
