The Plymouth Community Center Event Specialist is responsible for monitoring facility rentals, special events and assist with the day of coordination of the event wing spaces including: the ballroom, meeting rooms, the Black Box, green room, and garden. • Serve as the primary on-site contact person for events which include wedding ceremonies and receptions, parties, and corporate meetings, etc. • Monitor the building and grounds to maintain a clean and safe environment for all users. • Assist as needed with room setups, AV equipment, cleaning, special events, empty garbage's, or other areas necessary for PCC operations. • Ability to work independently.
