Event Specialist

• Varied activities multiple, simultaneous projects • Quick decision-making within a defined span of control • Fast-paced environment The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. The work requires specialized problem-solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality, and caution. What you’d do: • Coordinate services to make each event memorable for our client and guests • Execute catering events from beginning to end to ensure the highest quality • Prep your event team with all the information they need prior to the event • Create server duties prior to the staff rally • Organize and confirm vendors for your events • Create a logistical plan of catering or overall event based on the client's vision • Coordinate with event captains to identify ways to make future events even more amazing • Protect the integrity of all company product What you bring to the team: • College Degree (preferred) • Minimum of (1) year event experience • Familiarity with the hospitality industry (preferred) • A flexible schedule including nights and weekends • Knowledge of food & beverage etiquette • Must be able to work weekends (typical work week is Tuesday-Sunday)
