We are now looking to grow our Kona Krew! To be a part of the fun, you must possess a desire to deliver a FUNomenal experience to our customers. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to • Create an amazing Kona Ice Experience • Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity & enthusiasm • Able to communicate with team member and guest requests in a loud environment • Serve shaved ice to the customers at the serving window • Complete orders with speed and accuracy • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment • Accept payments and operate Square POS • Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations • Secure truck and exit area safely at end of event • Perform basic cleaning of unit/warehouse • Complete beginning and end of shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking • Maintain an ULTRA-CLEAN and super-sanitary work space • Quickly restock and reload supplies • Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines Benefits: • Tips • Flexible schedule • FUN environment • Advancement opportunities • Free Kona Ice while working Our mission is to bring the Kona Ice Experience to our community and to create a work environment where our Kona Krew Family thrive.
