Our client in Atlanta is seeking a Full Time Event Specialist. This role requires candidates to be on-site in Atlanta a minimum of 3 days per week. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute events that drive brand engagement and visibility. From trade shows to internal activations, this role ensures all events are flawlessly executed and on-brand.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of event planning from logistics to post-event reportingCoordinate vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site executionPartner with marketing to promote events and track ROIHandle invitations, registration, and attendee communicationsSupport production of event materials, signage, and branded assets
