We Are The Events Specialist serves as a key operational partner across both the winter and summer event calendars and plays a hands-on role in elevating the overall event experience. Event Logistics & Coordination • Support pre-production for both Haven and Mountain events, including timelines, vendor confirmations, and supply planning • Lead specific components of event execution (e.g., check-in flow, talent coordination, vendor setup, volunteer oversight) • Coordinate logistics across departments including Facilities, F&B, Marketing, and Hospitality for event support • Assist in ensuring ADA, safety, and resort compliance requirements are met Onsite Event Execution • Act as lead or secondary lead during event activations, including overseeing specific areas or teams • Manage setup, breakdown, and transitions between event elements (e.g., panel to dinner, or on mountain event terrain to awards venue) • Troubleshoot issues onsite and escalate as needed to Events Manager Documentation & Communication • Draft and manage run-of-show documents and production plans for assigned events • Track event timelines, material checklists, and team responsibilities in collaboration with Events Manager • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events
