Event Specialist

We’re looking for Big-Hearted Champions who are passionate about outdoor recreation, art, and meaningful connection. We Are: The Events Specialist supports the production of all Haven events and the programming and production of Mountain (resort/public) events, taking on mid-level responsibilities that require strong logistical acumen, proactive problem solving, and cross-functional coordination. Required: • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality operations, or production support • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of event components and lead onsite execution • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail • Skilled in communicating with vendors, internal departments, and guests in a professional and positive manner • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working long hours outdoors in changing mountain conditions • Flexible schedule — available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
