• Coordination of pre-show promotions, on-site logistics, vendor orders, audio visual requirements, materials ordering, shipping, and inventory, and in some cases coordinating travel (hotels). • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Technical and Sales, to ensure strategic consistency. • Maintain calendar of events and work with additional Marketing team members for advertisement of all events. • Work with SEO/PPC team for event promotion and tracking of success. • Strong communication skills to clearly convey ideas and instructions.
