As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at events and festivals across the area. Duties: • Safely drive and park a Kona truck • Create an amazing Kona Ice Experience • Greet and serve customers with consistent positivity & enthusiasm • Communicate with team members and guests in a loud environment • Serve shaved ice to customers at the serving window • Complete orders with speed and accuracy • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Accept payments and operate Square POS • Maintain sanitation and food safety standards Requirements: • 18 years old or older • Reliable transportation • Comfortable working on feet for full shifts • Positive attitude and love being around people • Ability to lift 25 pounds • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
