Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute a variety of events from start to finish, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings • Collaborate with internal teams to determine event objectives and ensure alignment with company strategy • Manage budgets, ensuring expenses fall within guidelines while seeking opportunities for cost savings • Secure venues, vendors, and speakers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with all agreements • Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement • Collect and analyze feedback post-event to improve future planning and execution processes • Create detailed timelines and checklists to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed • Paid time off and comprehensive benefits package.
