The Event Specialist is a vital member of the UnitedHealth Group's Enterprise Events Management team, supporting both internal, external and executive events. This role is responsible for logistical coordination, inventory management, and shipping of event materials, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with enterprise standards. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a desire to drive successful and productive outcomes on a consistent basis. as part of inventory and shipping duties • Ability to travel up to 2 - 3x times per month to execute events during busy months • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for onsite event execution • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with at least 4 days onsite at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN • Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday.
